5. Orders

2. yyy. Orders subject to availability of products. Store reserves right to cancel any order for any reason, provided the customer is provided with a full refund of shipping costs and any other payments made. 
3. zz.   Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd offers a refund policy on items within 30 days of having placed the order with costlesstools.com.au. Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd will pay return postage if the product is;
   1. a.     found to be faulty, or broken at the time of delivery
   2. b.     different to the item purchased from Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd
   3. c.     the item malfunctions at no fault of the owner

If the fault is not compliant with the terms above, the customer must pay the return postage cost, and any additional fees

Malfunctions with products purchased through costlesstools.com.au may be eligible to be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer or Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd if the product is supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.

aaa.You and Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online may enter into a contract for the sale and supply of products by you making an offer via the website to purchase a product at the price advertised on the website by:

6. Price

1. iii.    Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are subject to change.
2. jjj.    Each published saving in respect of a product is by reference to the lower of the recommended retail price of the manufacturer or the normal ticketed price of Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online.

kkk.Images of products shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale.

1. lll.    Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price.
2. mmm.       We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website

7. Payment

ppp.Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd has the right to carry out security checks on any sales over $100.00.

8. Supply and Delivery

qqq.Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online, Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online will sell and supply the products to you as shown on your Order confirmation.

1. rrr.   Orders for products Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd have in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, if ordered between Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2PM on a Friday afternoon, or on public holidays will not be shipped until the next appropriate business day. Delivery times may take up to 5 Business days after placing your order. If we are unable to immediately ship your item from our warehouse, you will be contacted by email, and given an approximate time of arrival at our factory. If you’re item is not immediately available for delivery, it will be delivered for shipping between 1 – 7 business days.

sss.Cost Less tools Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders within a reasonable time, if the product is no longer available for purchase from our suppliers, or complications arise. Under such circumstances, customers will be contacted, and refunded for their order in full.

1. ttt.    When you complete your Order you will be prompted to select for the Order delivered to an address specified by you.

9. Delivery by Post or Carrier

uuu.The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address.

vvv.The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location.

1. www.         Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online will use its best endeavours to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes for dispatch, however Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.

xxx.Cost Less Tools does not include insurance as part of any product purchased; this will need to be purchased separately to protect our customers from any lost goods. Cost Less Tools does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance. Please contact us on sales1@clbis.com.au to purchase insurance once you have placed your order. Please document your order number in email.

yyy.Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Online cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.

zzz.Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Store or to have the Order delivered to an address specified by you.

10. Orders for Collection at a Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Store

1. aaaa.         The terms of this clause apply where you select to collect your Order from a Cost Less Bolts & Industrial Supply Store.
2. bbbb.         If you select to collect your goods from a Cost Less Bolts & Industrial Supply Store, a representative of the relevant Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Store will contact you by telephone or email to notify you when the Order is available for collection.
3. cccc.          Orders for collection at a Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Store must be collected within 7 days of the relevant Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd Store giving you notice by telephone or by email that your Order is available for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time, the Cost Less Bolts & Industrial Supply Ltd Store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and reorder the goods for you.
4. dddd.         When picking up your items, you are required to supply a copy of your order, photo ID and credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via PayPal, your credit card is not required).

11. Title and risk in goods

Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you on delivery or collection, as the case may be.

12. PayPal and credit card fraud

1. eeee.         The website employs PayPal secure payment gateway to secure our payment systems.
2. ffff.  To the extent permitted by law, Cost Less Tools Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit card or PayPal account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
